Lawn Services and Mowing Schedules
As part of our "Simply Maintained" package, SimplyHome manages the lawn mowing and edging for all properties.
The upkeep of mulched flower beds, weeding, and trimming of trees and shrubs is the resident’s responsibility. The grass will be kept at a longer length during warmer months to stabilize the grass health from the heat. On rain/weather delays, service will be delayed to next business day. Keep back gates unlocked to receive service and close the gate after service is concluded. Keep pets indoors and pick-up pet waste, trash, and belongings from yard on service day. SimplyHome and the lawn crews are not responsible for damages to belongings left in yard. Please do not run your irrigation system 48 hrs. prior to service day.
FAQ
WEATHER
On rain/weather delays, service will be delayed to the next business day, residents must leave yards accessible during rescheduled service.
GATES
Resident is responsible for closing their gates after receiving service. All locks must be removed by 7am to receive service. Return visits are not available.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Resident must remove all personal belongings and trash from the yard. Lawn company and SimplyHome are not liable for damages to belongings, damaged cable, internet, or phone lines.
PETS
Pets must be secured inside the home on service days and waste must be removed to receive service. Before allowing your pet back in to your yard, please make sure your gates are secured.
IRRIGATION
If the irrigation system is damaged by the mower, the resident must shutoff the system and submit a maintenance request.
Townhomes: mass controlled by property management, no action needed by resident
Single family homes: Please avoid watering 2 days prior to service
