Our History

Founded in 2012 by Marcello Camillo, SimplyHome offers quality and affordable rental homes that go beyond the typical apartment options. We’ve pioneered built-to-rent single-family homes, setting the bar for thoughtfully designed, beautifully constructed, and expertly maintained rentals—and inspiring similar developments nationwide. And with over 10,000 single-family rentals across Texas and Oklahoma, we’re continuing to expand, creating communities that fit people's budgets, lifestyles, and standards.
