SimplyHome's Compensation Policy

SimplyHome's standard commission is half a month's rent. To request, submit a commission request to SimplyHome. Please send the following documents via email to Realtors@SimplyRent.com.

Commission payments are processed within 30 days after resident move-in and are mailed out via USPS mail to the address listed on the Brokerage W-9, No Exceptions. Turnaround time is only valid if we have received all legible, signed, and accurate documentation from you. 

If your brokerage prefers direct deposits over checks, please have your office contact AccountsPayable@SimplyRent.com to initiate this process. 

* Realtor Must Be Listed on Application in order to receive commission. 
*SimplyHome does not pay commission on resident transfers
*BTSA Commission is paid once tenant has moved into property and all required documents have been submitted. Please allow 3-4 weeks after move in to receive payment. Standard commission is half a month’s rent, as stated on the lease. Program applies to communities listed above with a minimum of 12 month lease and a move in date no later than February 28, 2025. This offer is not retroactive. Restrictions apply.
