SimplyHome's Compensation Policy

SimplyHome's standard commission is half a month's rent. To request, submit a commission request to SimplyHome. Please send the following documents via email to Realtors@SimplyRent.com.

Our Compensation Agreement Between Brokers form must be signed Via DocuSign. After completion, promptly submit your Brokerage W9 to Realtors@SimplyRent.com . These documents are needed in order to process your commission. *Please remember to attach Buyer/Tenant Rep Agreement.

The standard time frame for an agent to receive payment on a lease is usually within 30-45 days from the start of your clients lease date. All payments are sent out through USPS mail and we do not allow office pickup or provide tracking numbers.

SimplyHome provides Brokerages with the option to set up ACH (Direct Deposit) payments. If your Broker prefers direct deposits over checks, please have your office contact AccountsPayable@CamilloProperties.com to initiate this process.

We do not provide copies of lease documents or flood agreements. You must request all executed lease documents from your client, which they can retrieve via their resident portal.

*BTSA Commission is paid once tenant has moved into property and all required documents have been submitted. Please allow 3-4 weeks after move in to receive payment. Standard commission is half a month’s rent, as stated on the lease. Program applies only to communities listed with a minimum of 12 month lease and a move in date no later than March 31, 2025. This offer is not retroactive. Restrictions apply.
