Show off your landscaping skills and be rewarded! The Yard of the Month winner in participating communities will proudly display a special sign in their yard and receive a $100 rent credit on their next month's ledger.
Program Guidelines
The SimplyHome Community Asset Management Team will judge entries based on:

Awarded to the resident with the best landscaping.

Judging is based on the exterior appearance from the street.

Criteria include:

Neatness of the front and side yards

Trimmed trees and shrubs

Weed-free mulch

Vibrant landscaping and color

Overall curb appeal

December
-
Awarded to the resident with the best holiday decorations.

Judging is based on the exterior appearance from the street during the 2nd full week of December.

Criteria include:

Tasteful and creative displays
-
Captures the "Spirit of the Holiday"

Well-maintained yard and unique decorations
-
Daylight and evening appeal
-
*Decorations should be placed within mulched areas to prevent damage.

Resident Eligibility

No need to apply! All tenants living in a participating community are eligible. The SimplyHome Community Asset Management Team will drive around your neighborhood at a random date during the month to select the winner!

The same tenant cannot receive more than two awards within a 12-month period.

The winner must not have any open lease violations or unpaid balances.

The award term is from the first day to the last day of the month. Tenants can only keep the award sign in their yard for the month they were awarded the sign, even if the sign was placed in their yard late.
